May 06, 2026"I had dinner here my last evening in Angouleme. I chose the Rognons de Veau, and it was excellent as were the waiters and the service. The moutarde sauce had exceptional taste, and the meat was perfectly cooked, extremely tender. They also had mussels available that evening, and I wished that I had another day to stay in order to try those as well. I highly recommend this restaurant."
